Kajabi Case Study

 

Case Study:

Lucy Rocca, founder of Lucy Rocca Coaching, needed a professional and high-converting online presence to relaunch her coaching business on Kajabi and support the launch of her new Authentically Sober programme.  She wanted a website that reflected her brand, a high converting sales funnel to support her course launch and a course set up that was well structured and intuitive.

The Client:

Lucy Rocca is a an internationally recognised sobriety coach and mentor, best-selling author, speaker, and founder of Soberistas.com.

The Challenges:
There were a number of key challenges:

  • Lucy needed a professionally designed website that aligned with her brand and business goals
  • She wanted to launch her online course but needed help setting this up
  • She felt overwhelmed by the Kajabi tech setup and wanted expert guidance to simplify the process.

The Approach:
Lucy opted for my multi-day VIP Day service which included:

Pre-Work:

Before we got started, Lucy completed a pre-work questionnaire, providing key information about her business and giving me important insights into what she needed. We then had a kick off call to ensure I had everything I needed for the day itself and to answer any questions.

Dedicated Client Portal:

This online resource has training materials and guides to help support clients after the build so they have the knowledge and confidence to make updates to their website, course, etc

Post Project Support:

There are always 30 days of follow up support to ensure everything is running smoothly post build

Day 1 & 2 | Website Build:

I designed and built a custom Kajabi website that reflected Lucy’s coaching brand. It was also easy to navigate with a clear customer journey. Integrated key pages such as Home, About, Contact and Blog.

It also included a lead magnet funnel which led to a free extract from her book "Glass Half Full". Once this was completed, Lucy was able to use this to start generating leads for the online course she was about to launch. 

Day 3 | Sales Funnel Build for Course Launch:

The focus of this day was on building a fully customised Kajabi sales page and automated funnel for the launch of Lucy's online course. This included setting up a seamless checkout and payment integration and automated email sequences and forms to nurture leads and encourage sign ups.

Day 4 | Course Build:

This day was spent building the course. This included setting up the course structure in Kajabi, ensuring a logical and user friendly flow, uploading the course content and creating an onboarding experience to welcome students and guide them through the course.

The Results:
By the end of our 4 days together, Lucy had:

✔️A fully customised Kajabi sales page and automated funnel for her course launch

✔️A structured online course ready to launch and start making sales.
