Case Study:
Ria Jackson, the founder of Inclusive Minds UK, needed a streamlined and professional online presence to help launch the IMHub Collective - a community for industry leaders, medical professionals, and individuals with lived experiences, all united by a shared commitment to creating meaningful, neuroinclusive spaces.
Although Ria had made a good start with her website build, she was beginning to feel overwhelmed by the tech side of Kajabi and lacked the time to figure it all out herself and, more importantly, needed to focus on her forthcoming launch.
That's where I stepped in. Over four dedicated days, I helped Ria transform her Kajabi setup, ensuring her website, funnels and community were complete and fully optimised for launch and engagement.
The Client:

The Challenges:
There were a number of key challenges:
- Ria was unsure if the existing website was working as it needed to but knew there were gaps and wasn't fully automated
- She wanted to launch her community, IMHub Collective, but needed support in setting this up
- She lacked a structured system to capture and nurture leads
- Her knowledge of Kajabi was restricting the vision she had for business

Pre-Work:
Before we got started, Ria completed a pre-work questionnaire, providing key information about her business and giving me important insights into what she needed. We then had a kick off call to ensure I had everything I needed for the day itself and to answer any questions.
Dedicated Client Portal:
This online resource has training materials and guides to help support clients after the build so they have the knowledge and confidence to make updates to their website, course, etc
Post Project Support:
There are always 30 days of follow up support to ensure everything is running smoothly post build
Day 1 | Website Audit and Waitlist Funnel Build:
During this day I create a waitlist funnel to capture interest ahead of her upcoming launch for her IMHUb Community. This meant Ria had the names and emails of those interested so she could easily email them as soon as she launched.
I also undertook a full audit of her existing website, identifying key areas for improvement and highlighted areas which hadn't been automated or where steps had been missed.
Day 2 | Website Updates and Lead Magnet Funnel Build:
Previously, Ria had no way to capture potential leads so one of my recommendations was to design and build a lead magnet funnel to help her do this and nurture potential clients.
We also took the website recommendations from Day 1 and implemented those so Ria now had a website that, was not only visually appealing and fully automated, but was also easy to navigate with a clear customer journey.
Day 3 | Sales Funnel Build for Community Launch:
The focus of this day was on building a fully customised Kajabi sales page and automated funnel for the launch of Ria's IMHub Community. This included setting up automated email sequences and forms to nurture leads and encourage sign ups.
Day 4 | Community Build and Onboarding:
This day was spent building out the IMHub Collective community within Kajabi and building an onboarding page to ensure a seamless user experience as well as setting up key community features to drive engagement and retention after onboarding.
The Results:
By the end of our 4 days together, Ria had:
